Fitbit Air has no display, no apps, and no incoming alerts, helping users avoid distractions. It sits silently on the wrist while continuously collecting health and activity data, and it is designed to be worn 24/7. It is expected to become popular among fitness enthusiasts. Google said that Fitbit Air is 20% lighter than the discontinued Fitbit Luxe and 50% smaller than Fitbit Inspire 3. Google says Fitbit Air is powered by advanced new machine learning models that are 15% more accurate than previous versions.

Fitbit Air automatically starts tracking activities and workouts as soon as you begin them. The device has an inbuilt vibration motor for Smart Wake alarms that wake users at the best point in their sleep cycle through haptic vibrations. If you already have a Google Pixel Watch, both the Air and the Pixel Watch can pair with the Google Health app, allowing you to switch between them easily.

It is designed more for athletes and offers more advanced features.

It is a Gemini-powered AI system that collects data continuously from wearables and analyzes your sleep, fitness, recovery, and heart rate data, then gives personalized suggestions.
